Public library in California adds 500 new Spanish books to its collection

The Books4U Program distributed over one million dollars statewide to libraries, and the Ventura County Library chose to put these funds toward Spanish-language and bilingual print items.

The Ventura County Library is pleased to announce the addition of over 500 new Spanish-language books to its collection, thanks to a grant administered by the State Librarian. The $10,000 grant was made possible through the Library Services and Technology Act.
