“Non stop” tales in Guadalajara (Spain)

The Castilian-Manchego city celebrates the 25th edition of its popular Literary Marathon, which, for 46 hours, will fill the streets of storytelling and poetry.

The XXV Tales Marathon, the largest storytelling festival  aimed at children and adults, teens, fans and curious storytellers in general, will take place from Friday afternoon through Sunday.  The characters in the stories will jump from the stage to the streets, turned into protagonists of street theater, puppet shows, jugglers, bagpipes, big-headed giants, all around the Palacio del Infantado, where the epicenter of narrative activities will be concentrated, with nocturnal queimadas and hot cocoa drinks seved at dawn to overcome those 46 hours of non-stop talk. With 25 years of experience and the honor to be among the exploits of Guinness Book of World Records, this Marathon has established itself as one of the greatest literary and oral offers of the country for the whole family to enjoy.
