Zenda, the new literary website run by Pérez-Reverte and other writers

“A digital space seeking to bring distinctive content to the web, drawing on the talents of twenty writers from Spain and Latin America.

The Spanish writers Javier Marías, Luis Mateo Díez, José María Merino and Almudena Grandes are taking part.

Convinced that “the future is on the internet and social networks”, twenty writers from Spain and Latin America have created Zenda, an independent literary website, or, as its editor and co-founder Arturo Pérez-Reverte calls it: “A land of books, friends and adventure.”

The digital space was launched on 6 April and will involve the Spanish writers Javier Marías, Luis Mateo Díez, José María Merino and Almudena Grandes, the Mexicans Élmer Mendoza and Xavier Velasco, the Argentine Jorge Fernández Díaz and the Puerto Rican Mayra Santos-Febres, among others.
