All about Libranda

Libranda is a digital services company for the culture and education sector. A digital ecosystem that aims to connect and promote digital content on a global level.

Libranda was founded in 2010 by seven publishing groups in Spain: Penguin Random House, Planeta, Santillana, SM, Wolters Kluwer, Roca Editorial and Grup 62.

They started their activities that same year with the aim of boosting and promoting digital reading and broadening their development.

Their main service (core business) has been from the beginning the distribution of digital content in Spanish worldwide, with special emphasis on Europe, Latin America and the United States.

In 2013 they decided to expand their products and services by developing their own label B2B technology platforms to facilitate the marketing and management of digital content to libraries, bookstores, institutions and corporations around the world. In 2018 Libranda became part of the Canadian group De Marque (www.demarque.com).
