Camilo José Cela was a Spanish novelist, literary magazine editor, essayist, poet, journalist, and lecturer, famous for his works on the post-war period and for being part of the Spanish Royal Academy.
He is one of the great authors of the Iberian Peninsula, a classic reference author awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1989.
